#FrodshamSwag

The purchase of my first snap-back. Have I ever watched the Toronto Maple leafs play hockey? no. BUT they (by default of the mission) are my favorite hockey team ;)
The last little while at home with these two goofs has been fun. I know I act like they annoy me (and they do). I'm glad my brothers drive me crazy *Don't tell them that* because they keep me laughing. I would have to give them credit for keeping me happy during this weird limbo stage of life I'm in. Jeff and Michael got themselves Toronto Raptors hats. I'm grateful for a supportive family and am glad I gave the boys a reason to add to their already large collection of hats.
^^^Check out those guns^^^
silly brothers

PS.. Went to Las Vegas to watch baby brother play basketball.
I hate hate hate Vegas but I LOVE watching Michael play basketball.
Michael has worked hard the last few years and it has payed off. He is a good player and I've missed going to games while I was at school.
I've watched the same group of boys play together for years. It's crazy to think they have moved far past city league to high school. I have a special place in my heart for these not so little anymore brothers.

50 years down many more to go

My Dad is the best! He turned the big five-oh. I love my Dad and had so much fun celebrating his birthday. We successful surprised him with a party that weekend but will continue to party all month because Dad doesn't celebrate birth'day's only. The whole month of May is his birth-month :)
50 candles but this talented birthday boy got them all in one breath without the fire alarm going off!
I've know him for 19 of his 50 years. Bruce Frodsham is the kindest person I know. He is the hardest worker. He has always know how to make me laugh. He gives the best hugs. My Dad honors his Priesthood and serves faithfully in all his callings. I am so blessed to be the daughter of such an incredible person.
Happy Birthday Daddy! I love you!

Following in your footsteps

I'm such a fan of my sister!!
Haley sent so many pictures today and here are few of my favorites.
She was happy this week! I love her and #MissionaryMonday

Hermana Haley Frodsham

Haley has been out  O N E   Y E A R  today!
Dear next person who tells me how quickly it has gone by or how they can't believe it's already been a year...  I may explode on you. This has been a LONG year as far as my sister goes. It feels like she has been gone a lifetime. What I have learned in the last year is that no average missionary lasts 12 months in Nicaragua. My sister is something special! It has been hard not having her around to help me stumble through the big mile stones I have hit this last year. However, I have a testimony that what she has been doing instead is far more important. Haley has always been a hard worker and tougher than most girls. It's a good thing she is because reading her e-mails I have thought more than once about how if I were in her shoes I would search the jungle for the fastest plane out of there. Oh I miss her sassy attitude and even her bossy tendencies. I'm already looking forward to my reunion with her 19.5 months from now. xoxo to my favorite Hermana today and Happy hump day.

National Siblings Day

According to Google today is National Siblings Day.
It isn't possible to construct a blog post that could even begin to portray my love and gratitude for the 3 people I am lucky to call my Siblings.
We fight just like any other family but the Frodsham kids are pretty tight. I never laugh as hard with anyone else. They know the very worst side of Megan and yet they still love me.
People ask me how I am so close with my siblings and I wish I knew how to answer that question.
We always have been.
Heavenly Father put me in a family with two brothers and one sister that mean the world and more to me.
They aren't just my siblings but my very best friends.
Friends come and go but families,
FAMILIES ARE FOREVER

General Conference Goodness

I am a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and this is my four minutes.

Words I needed to hear were spoken this year. I'm grateful for the love I felt and the people I listened with. I realized this year how much I have taken for granted the blessing that I have received in the form of frequent conference tickets. Sunday morning is one of my favorite sessions to attended because you get to listen to sounds of Sunday before. Given I was a little sleepy this year but my subconscious appreciated the beautiful music. I'm so grateful for these good looking family members of mine (plus Haley).

I needed this weekend and wish it could have lasted longer. I'm happiest when I'm with my family! So lucky to get to have them for eternity. I miss them while I am at school and it was especially hard to drive in opposite directions this time.

It sure is fun to be together! I mean look at these studs dressing up for the movies ;)

I need to go re-watch Sunday afternoon because paying attention when the whole Marchant fam is around was not gonna happen. I sure love them and laugh the hardest when I am with them. My family is really close and I wouldn't want it any other way.

I was was a big winner at the Desert Books give away Saturday night, Holla! And of course I had to take a selfie with my fellow Toronto pals! (They both served as mission presidents in my mission.)

Red Rocks

Snow Canyon State Park

Picture overload so you can share in my obsession of these red rocks I love so much!
A sunny day with the perfect Southern Utah fall temperature is hard to beat.
My happiest childhood memories included many hikes with my family. As we walked my mom told me how she wished I could remember riding around in one of those back pack things on family hikes when I was just a little girl. I might not remember those hikes but somewhere inside me I sense it. I feel happy there on those trails with the people I love very most. I belong under that bright sun in that red dirt.
It is funny the things you realize you love when you no longer have them. The red rocks have been that for me and I got a good fill of them this last weekend.  Hopefully it will carry me over until Christmas when I can find myself among them again.
The iPhone did alright with pictures I'd say.

#CB4L

one of the hardest parts about being away for school has been not being able to see these boys play.  i'm so glad that i got the chance to watch this handsome freshman football captain do what he loves!  he is one of  the most dedicated athletes i have ever met and i'm proud i get to call him my brother!

when did he grow up? i mean really look how good looking he is! watch out ladies he may break some hearts! and he is taller than me a which i am not so okay with because he is supposed to be the bee-boo (baby)
it felt good to laugh and joke and even to have those funny brothers push my buttons! love the fam!

Families are Forever

I love these people most!

I want nothing more than to be with them but being with them reminds me how much I miss them.

It feels like such a long time before all 6 of us will be together again and today that feels really really hard. A few years is not very long in an eternal perspective but to a homesick girl that is a hard thing to remember.
